After the commissioning of the first apartments the estate will be managed by the specialist company which for lump sum charge will take care after green areas, internal roads, swimming pools, tennis courts and the fitness club as well as render the following services:

  • greeting the owners and their family, preparing the apartment for moving in;

  • helping with the management of apartments and keys (according to the instructions);

  • basic cleaning services once a month or according to the instructions;

  • collecting mail, informing about delivered mail, possibility of sending the mail via Internet (with the owner's authorisation);

  • helping with coordination, ordering services connected with the maintenance of the apartment, such as fixing the damages;

  • storing the groceries delivered in the absence of the owner.

Services available for extra charge:

  • picking up the owners, members of their family, or friends from the airport , bus station or railway station;

  • helping with the purchase of a car and with any legal issues connected with this act as well as taking care after the car in the absence of the owner;

  • shopping;

  • laundry;

  • gardening;

  • arranging appointments at beautician's , hairdresser's, spa etc.;

  • organising trips ( e.g. journey to Italy, tourist guides, booking hotels);

  • organising individual lessons of Italian;

  • finding baby sitter;

  • helping with enrolling children in nurseries, kindergartens and schools;

  • helping with organisation of parties, dinners, receptions at home or in the joint areas of the estate;

  • legal, account, administration and translation services.
